What We Offer

• Salary: 1100/month gross (14 payments per year)

• Performance Bonus: 380/month gross (12 payments per year)

Relocation Support

• Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 in economy class) after 6 months

• For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: shared accommodation available for up to 12 months at 280/month (includes utilities; deducted from payslip)

Your Role as a Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator youll play a critical role in enhancing user experience and upholding community standards on social media platforms. You will:

• Review and moderate user-generated content based on client guidelines

• Audit reports for content accuracy safety and compliance

• Monitor and respond to user behaviors applying nuanced policy decisions

• Take initiative in identifying areas for service improvement

• Handle sensitive or business-critical issues with autonomy and care

Who Were Looking For

Were a great match if you:

• Are fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2)

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a related role (content moderation customer support etc.)

• Are detail-oriented critical thinker and a fast learner

• Can handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced team-driven environment

Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 380 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
