As a Support Consultant for a leading betting app youll be the expert voice customers rely on resolving queries building trust and ensuring smooth experiences.
Handle inquiries via chat email and phone
Support users with account issues betting activity or general questions
Deliver clear empathetic communication while following company policies
Share feedback to improve tools and service processes
Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends
Fluency in European Portuguese (written & spoken)
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Interest in sports and betting industry
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office; CRM tools)
Adaptability to rotational shifts
Customer support experience is a plus but not required
