Your Role:
Be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking users via phone email and chat
Handle inquiries related to payments account access transactions refunds and platform usage
Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving
Escalate complex cases to specialised departments when needed
Deliver a high-quality professional experience that builds trust with every interaction
What You Bring:
Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher) and English (C1 minimum)
Strong communication skills and active listening
Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism
Comfortable working with support tools ticketing systems and CRM platforms
Positive patient and solution-focused attitude
