Hiring: Content Moderator Italian Speaker Porto Portugal (On-site) (2000 welcome bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and moderate content to ensure it aligns with platform policies

Review reports and flag content related to user behavior copyright and community standards

Make context-based decisions on sensitive or critical content

Provide feedback to improve processes and ensure the best user experience
Location: On-site in Porto Portugal
Languages: Italian (C1) & English (B2)
Contract: Full-time permanent (flexibility based on experience)
Ideal Profile:

6 months of experience in customer service moderation or a related field

Strong attention to detail and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with sensitive content

Team player with strong communication and critical thinking skills
