Position: Front-End Tech Lead (Hybrid in Porto)

What Youll Be Doing (in the most epic way possible):
- Lead mentor and manage a team of software developers providing technical guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews provide feedback and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
- Oversee the design development and implementation of software solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Ensure code quality best practices and adherence to architectural guidelines while working closely with the architecture and infrastructure teams.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data systems to enhance efficiency and customer experience within the context of the financial services sector.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and system configurations changes and Agile development processes while adhering to industry compliance requirements.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as and React Native.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures microservices and containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong programming skills in C#.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g. SQL Server CosmosDB MongoDB).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Proficiency in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant experience using design systems and UX standards.
