Main Duties:
- Coordinate Head Office staff to relieve branch personnel in liaison with Motor and Personal Lines management
- Handle of incoming business enquiries via email telephone and face-to-face interaction with clients
- Negotiate and define specific terms of insurance policies with clients as per Delegated Authority
- Promote and upsell the companys insurance products
- Obtain handle and process of customer documentation
- Issue of insurance policies quotations and renewals and processing of claims
- Produce reports that may be required from time to time
- Operationally coordinate with all stakeholders in all departments for the execution of related tasks
What skills do you need
- Insurance experience (1 year preferred)
- A relevant qualification in insurance would be ideal
- Highly driven and positive
- Organized flexible and adaptable to changing situations
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
