About the Role:
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with a warm professional demeanor and excellent communication skills to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage appointments bookings and walk-in clients using scheduling software
- Handle phone calls emails and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Coordinate with therapists and wellness staff to ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain a clean organised and calm front desk area
- Process payments and manage basic administrative duties
- Provide information about treatments packages and wellness programs
- Uphold the centres brand image and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff (experience in hospitality or wellness industry is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management tools
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
