As a Senior Manager you will lead the network and security infrastructure encompassing team management driving new business opportunities executing programs building connections fostering collaboration responding to proposals preparing solutions consulting & advisory services driving innovation etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs proposing innovative network & security infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and vendors to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a team of network architects engineers and consultants fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and technical excellence.
- Develop team capabilities by providing training career development and technical guidance and Manage resource allocation project planning and performance reviews for direct reports
- Lead the preparation review and response to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) for network solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals including technical specifications cost estimates and implementation timelines
- Provide expert guidance on multi-cloud hybrid cloud SD-WAN and software-defined networking (SDN) architectures.
- Develop detailed network blueprints roadmaps and governance frameworks.
- Drive cost optimization techniques by implementing strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- 18 years of experience in network architecture consulting and enterprise solutions with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams driving strategy and leading large-scale network transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business objectives financial considerations and ROI analysis related to network investments.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Deep expertise in enterprise networking cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP) SD-WAN network security and automation.
- Relevant industry-recognized certifications showcasing advanced expertise in network architecture cloud technologies and security are highly preferred.
