Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated strategic and people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment ensuring we identify engage and onboard top-tier talent in alignment with our company growth goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for finding the perfect match between candidates and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific hiring strategies

  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn job boards referrals and ATS databases)

  • Conduct initial screenings behavioral interviews and candidate assessments

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation

  • Maintain and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System Manatal App) ensuring data accuracy and workflow consistency

  • Represent the company brand professionally and compellingly to candidates across all communication touchpoints

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and thoughtful engagement

  • Collaborate with People Operations to support onboarding and integration

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve sourcing effectiveness and process efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

  • Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates globally

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms ( Manatal Lever Workable or similar)

  • Strong understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple open roles simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote distributed team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for roles in tech operations or virtual support services

  • Certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment (e.g. LinkedIn Certified Recruiter AIRS SHRM)

  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
