Educational Background: MBA / MCA / BE / / MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum4 yearsof experience indata analytics insights generation or business intelligence.
At least3 yearsof hands-on work withPower BI including dashboard development and data modeling.
Experience working withingovernment education e-governance ed-tech ore-commercesectors preferred.
Proven ability to deliverinteractive stakeholder-focused dashboardsin a multi-functional environment.
Exposure tostate-level digital governance programswill be considered an added advantage.

Visualization & BI Tools: Proficiency inPower BI with additional experience inMetabaseTableauQuick Insights andGoogle Analytics.
Technical Skills: Strong command overSQLPythonadvanced Excel andGoogle Sheets; experience handlinglarge-scale complex datasets.
Data Engineering Practices: Solid understanding ofdata cleaning transformation integration andpipeline management.
Communication & Influence: Excellent ability topresent insights visualize complex data in intuitive formats andinfluence senior stakeholdersthrough storytelling.
Insights & Analytical Thinking
Ability totranslate raw data into actionable insightsand strategic narratives.
Skilled atidentifying KPIsaligned with program goals and stakeholder expectations.
Experience intrend identificationoutlier analysis andpattern recognitionacross multi-dimensional datasets.
Capable offormulating hypotheses designingA/B testsor correlation models and validating assumptions using statistical techniques.
Expertise inbuilding data storiesthat contextualize performance metrics reveal root causes and guide decision-making.
Comfort working in ambiguityable to ask the right questions frame analytical approaches anddrive insight discovery independently.
Functional Expertise
Design and implementinsight generation frameworks aligned with programmatic and governance objectives.
Build and maintainlive interactive dashboardsthat monitor performance risk and progress indicators.
Collaborate with stakeholders to definedata objectivesmeasurement strategies and key data collection points.
Interpret the existing data infrastructure of central and state-level digital systems.
Lead theanalysis of educational program datasets including student/teacher attendance transfers MDM linkage and application usage.
Contribute to thetransition integration and sustainability of Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK)platforms.
Buildautomated reporting solutionsand deep-dive analytics using a blend of Power BI Python Metabase and SQL.
Communication & Cross-functional Interaction
Interface withproduct managers central leadership and state education officialsto align data efforts with program goals.
Collaborate withengineering teamsto ensure seamless technical delivery and data pipeline optimization.
Supporttechnical integrationefforts with various directorates and newly developed applications.
Partner with theState MIS teamsto deliver statistical summaries analytical briefs and capacity-building support.
Effectivelycommunicate statistical findings insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
