Your Tasks

The role of a Sales Representative will involve managing relationships with key customers/pharmacies and building new relationships as well as rolling out new promotions and implementing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring there is correct product volume and positioning in all stores negotiating in new lines and managing product supply in alignment with demand. Your objective will be to manage your territory to ensure sales continue to increase while being able to work both as an individual as well as part of a team.

Strategy & Business Planning

  • Negotiates and apply terms and conditions with his/her customers
  • Negotiates agreements with the target to achieve the customer specific objectives
  • Develops and Monitors Annual Customer Plan

Sales

  • Responsible for customers turnover development (sellingin) per store
  • Ensures there is the agreed product assortment and positioning in all stores
  • Sells and executes promotional agreements following the marketing and sales priorities
  • Ensures fast buildup of distribution for all products
  • Handles stock levels of his customers

Promotions point-of-sales

  • Defines controls and takes care the appearance of our products inside the stores (Merchandising)
  • Detailing for medical products

Customer Relationships

  • Ensures a broadly-based positive business relationship across the customers. Ensures formal customer reviews take place regularly to ensure an integrated business to business relationship. Builds excellent customer relationships on an individual basis

Your Profile

Education

  • Bachelor (MSc degree optional to be considered as an asset preferably in economics/business/marketing)

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in similar position (preferably FMCG company) preferably in pharmacies

Skills

  • Excellent PC literacy
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
