Hybrid Junior Marketer at a Software Company (German Language Required)
Work from a modern office located right by the sea at the World Trade Center Moll de Barcelona 26 Ciutat Vella 08039 Barcelona Spain.
Salary: 2025 gross per month plus bonuses of 357 gross monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor by onboarding new clients and managing a portfolio to develop effective PPC campaigns.

Identify customer goals and tailor solutions to meet their unique marketing needs.

Drive increased client investment and promote campaign upselling opportunities.

Manage a high volume of potential client calls daily.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree (preferably MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications) or equivalent practical experience showcasing transferable skills.

12 years of experience in sales or online advertising.

Results-driven with a strong customer focus.

Excellent communication time management and analytical abilities.

Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.

Annual gross salary of 24310 plus up to 4290 in bonuses.
