WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US
- Journeyperson Certification (Agricultural Equipment Technician Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent Red Seal designation)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required
- Ability to work independently
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with agricultural equipment is an asset
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Work with the Service Manager to schedule and manage service calls in your area of responsibility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems on agricultural equipment
- Promote proactive maintenance and repairs
- Accurately and efficiently repair and document all work performed on equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and efficient service
- Actively support and promote initiatives aligned with our company Health and Safety Policy
