Early Childhood Education Program Details:
- Begin online school with 10 hours per week in a dedicated online learning space with an Early Childhood Educator available for connection collaboration and support.
- In addition to starting a dedicated paid learning environment you will have opportunities to be immersed in our fast-growing and experienced team while you make an impact on children and families in our community.
This program is a good fit for you if:
- You are passionate about working with children and eager to have a career as an Early Childhood Educator
- You are comfortable confident and capable to complete online learning
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office Programs and technology
- You want to learn for a minimum of 10 hours each week
- You can commit to a one-year working agreement once you have completed your online ECE course

- Actively ensure licensing standards and safety standards are maintained for all child care settings and outings.
- Actively participate in programs with children as a play partner while being able to positively collaborate with colleagues ensuring safe fun interest-led programming
- Supporting and contributing to the implementation of pay-based educational programming.
- Establishing and maintaining positive daily communication and interaction with families providing quality customer service and building meaningful relationships.
Wed love to hear from people with:
- Current First Aid Certification - CPR B or C or willingness to obtain
- Are 19 years of age (as per Provincial licensing standards)
- Have a class 4* 5 or 7 drivers license. *Or will consider obtaining a class 4 license*
- Canadian citizenship Permanent Resident status or protected persons under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act *As per British Columbia Employer Training Grant Funding program
- Completed Grade 12 English or equivalent
