Job Description
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However its an experience best shared with friends both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region whether theyre at home in their favorite bar or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.
What youll be doing:
A Promo Team Member or Marketeer is an ambassador for our brands that increases product knowledge presence and overall awareness with the general public. To do this role you need to be outgoing friendly able to interact with patrons in bar/taproom/restaurant settings and bring the fun vibes! Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends.

We have a mantra here where we strive to bring an FU Awesome experience (yes thats what you think it means) in other words the ultimate guest experience!
This is a part-time position requiring late night and weekend availability.
Rate is event-based and paid per event. Each event can last approximately 2-3 hours paid at $100-150 per event.
What youll need:
- Willingness to learn about the beverage industry and our brands
- Customer service focus/hospitable to patrons
- A smile and outgoing personality to strike up conversations with the public
- A friendly personable energetic attitude
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age with valid ID
- Reliable transportation to get to/from work and to/from the brewery for supply pick-up and drop-off
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Were die-hard sports fans perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes and rich in history architecture and the arts.
