Job Description
Field Service Technician at Nilfisk (a company specializing in cleaning and floor care equipment)provides on-site troubleshooting repair and maintenance of their products at customer locations.This role involves extensive travel and requires expertise in mechanical and electrical repairs along with good customer service and communication skills.

- Preventive Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
- Customer Service:Providing technical support and training to customers on proper equipment usage and care.
- Documentation:Maintaining detailed records of service calls repairs and maintenance performed.
- Travel:Traveling to customer sites across a specific region requiring a valid drivers license.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems with experience in troubleshooting and repair.
- Customer Service Skills:Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of technical issues.
- Communication Skills:Good written and verbal communication skills to document repairs and communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Problem Solving:Ability to analyze and solve technical problems independently.
- Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent with some technical training or certifications preferred.

Pay Range $28.27-$37.69 per hour.The estimated range indicates the expected hourly pay for this position. It does not include potential bonus incentives such annual or performance bonus as well as sales and sales related incentives or overtime. The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors including the applicants qualifications relevant experience unique skills education level certifications or licenses differentials and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the jobs location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
