General Purpose:

To lead client retention satisfaction and growth across key MSP accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic clients nurturing long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive account expansion.

Essential Functions:

Account Growth & Expansion:

• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals. Including opportunities with increased headcount expansion into new skill categories or geographic markets.
• Create and maintain tailored success plans to align product/service value with client objectives.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies in partnership with sales and marketing.

• Monitor account performance and usage data to identify potential risks or growth areas.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and account growth targets through consistent account penetration effective client engagement and strategic selling.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned MSP clients ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins Quarterly Business Reviews and feedback sessions to maintain strong client engagement.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly coordinating with internal teams as needed.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop a deep understanding of each clients business hiring / industry trends and success metrics.
• Maintain expert knowledge and understanding of MSP program structures service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients to help them maximize their ROI.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates aligned with client needs and service expectations.
• Act as the voice for the client internally ensuring delivery teams are aligned to exceed performance expectations.
• Report on client health satisfaction metrics and account growth potential.

• Proven experience managing client relationships within an MSP or staffing environment.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth goals.
• Ability to professionally communicate with team members management clients as needed.
