We are seeking to appoint a committed individual to work as part of a dedicated team. We seek someone who can effectively support selected students through individually tailored programmes of One to One tuition in Maths.
We welcome applications from people who:
considering a career in teaching and wish to gain experience
are looking to return to teaching
hold an AS/A-level Maths
are able to demonstrate that they can work with individual students to progress their learning in Maths
or
have subject specific knowledge of Maths at Key stage 4

About the Department
The maths department at Outwood Academy Redcar has 7 classrooms based in our dedicated maths wing each equipped with an interactive TV and visualiser to support the delivery of lessons. You will be joining a strong department with a wealth of experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and GCSE maths. The department will be led by our experienced Head of Department with a vision to succeed. Leadership development succession planning and capacity building are major priorities for the Trust as this enables us to facilitate rapid progression for those who want to advance either in the classroom or at a leadership level.
