Your Tasks
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of a regional Finance Services Europe Europe function in Global Finance Services (GFS)
- Monitor and steer the Operational Regional Finance Organization in RTR PTP & OTC to ensure:
- Monthly quarterly and yearly closing according to IFRS and local Gaap incl. taxes
- Compliance with Corporate Governance requirements (e.g. Processes)
- Operational performance (quality & efficiency KPIs)
- Initiate and follow-up on harmonization standardization & optimizations
- Support and contribute to project roll-outs into the Region (coordination facilitation support post-optimization e.g. local specificities drive exception into defined standard process )
- Recruiting managing and coaching the team
- Business partner for the local finance organization
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration
- Over 5 years of experience in Accounting (RTR PTP & OTC)
- Leadership capabilities working/steering own team
- Broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in financial systems (SAP FI/CO)
- International finance and accounting practice
- Overall process knowledge of interface areas (SD MM BI)
- Good social skills and personal integrity; excellent process and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to act in an international / intercultural environment
- Strong team orientation & stakeholder management
- German & English fluent
