Job Description
The Security Engineering Program (SEP) under the Homeland and Force Protectionat Leidos currently has an opening for an Operation Support Planner in the Professional Services Support (PSS) an Operation Support Planner you will liaison as a Customer Representative (CR) responsible for analyzing actual and predictable operational activities of or information related to a military governmental or program to help customers make better-informed decisions. As a CR you will ensure smooth and efficient operational processes by identifying areas for improvement developing strategies and working with various teams to achieve organizational will be performing tasks such as forecasting demand and budget planning inventory scheduling production and analyzing operational candidate will be responsible for entire projects or processes within their professional area and typically be accountable for coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. This position is in the metro area of Austin TX.
Primary Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain policies plans and procedures that describe how to execute continuity capabilities to meet specified requirements.
- Maintain continuity and emergency management program material and essential records to ensure appropriate readiness levels.
- Support emergency management/incident response functions to accomplish the program mission.
- Support asset management staff (Accountable Officer Responsible Officer and User) in maintaining an accurate inventory and accountable equipment distribution.
- Assist with developing policies and procedures and with multi-year strategic plans budgets and schedules.
- Assist with drafting crisis and consequence management operational plans and procedures and executing and supporting those plans.
- Prepare Continuity of Operations training materials.
- Assist with Emergency Preparedness/Occupant Emergency Program.
Basic Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of a TS Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain program SCI and Polygraph.
- Abachelors degree in Emergency and Disaster Planning orrelated discipline (8-12) years of experience inEmergency and Disaster Planning Continuity of Operationsand Mission Assurance areas or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum (5) years of experience with Management practicesincluding in-depth knowledge of key Department of Defense (DoD) and Interagency policies.
- Must maintain a valid drivers license
- Be willing to drive CMV (>10K lbs./non-CDL Vehicles) and participate in driver protective/evasive training.
- Must be able to operate in personal protective equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Logistical Project Management
- Experience with MS Office (Excel Project)
- Experience with Federal State and Local Emergency Operations
- Experience with Exercise Planning Support & Execution

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89700.00 - $162150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
