The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing member inquiries processing transactions and resolving issues. As a Contact Center Representative you will provide prompt professional helpful knowledgeable and courteous member service using clear and concise verbiage both orally and in written form. You will be responsible for processing work thoroughly accurately within compliance with applicable regulations and credit union procedures.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
Contact Center Representative 3 (MSR 3) - $23.80 -$30.94
Contact Center Representative Sr. (MSR Sr.) - $25.71 - $33.42
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
Our Contact Center Representative will work onsite at our Mount Vernon branch in Mount Vernon WA. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on a rotating 8-hour schedule Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 6:00 pm. Remote work may be available as supported by operational and training needs.
