North Coast Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative inspired by providing a high level of member service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing member inquiries processing transactions and resolving issues. As a Contact Center Representative you will provide prompt professional helpful knowledgeable and courteous member service using clear and concise verbiage both orally and in written form. You will be responsible for processing work thoroughly accurately within compliance with applicable regulations and credit union procedures.



The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Address member inquiries and resolve issues through various communication platforms
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide prompt professional helpful knowledgeable and courteous member service
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and credit union procedures
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of member interactions
  • Continuously develop knowledge of credit union products and services
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services

Salary is dependent upon experience.

Contact Center Representative 3 (MSR 3) - $23.80 -$30.94

Contact Center Representative Sr. (MSR Sr.) - $25.71 - $33.42

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Credit Union computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial information in both English and Spanish both written and orally

Our Contact Center Representative will work onsite at our Mount Vernon branch in Mount Vernon WA. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on a rotating 8-hour schedule Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 6:00 pm. Remote work may be available as supported by operational and training needs.
