Were seeking a Test Engineer. In this role youll help test components and complex systems on both existing and new agricultural equipment. Youll work closely with a collaborative engineering team to ensure our products meet performance reliability and durability standards playing a key role in bringing innovative solutions to market.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:
Develop validation plans for mechanical systems and components aligned with performance and reliability targets
Execute test plans gather and record data and analyze results to provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with engineering teams to correlate physical test data with simulation outputs (e.g. FEA CFD)
Coordinate field testing efforts and monitor progress adjusting plans as needed
Support continuous improvement of testing capabilities methods and instrumentation
Specify and source test equipment components sensors and tools
Participate in design reviews and FMEA sessions to inform validation strategies
Develop reliability predictions from test data to support product development
Document testing procedures and results in compliance with ISO and ASABE standards
Operate and become proficient in client-specific agricultural equipment
Manage workload to meet deadlines adapting to changing priorities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Agricultural Engineering or a related technical field preferred
13 years of experience in product validation testing or a closely related engineering discipline
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through education professional roles or hands-on experience
Familiarity with testing tools and analysis software (e.g. SolidWorks HBM Somat eDAQ etc.) is a plus
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple test projects simultaneously
