Job Description

Do you thrive in materials handling and coordination If so this is an opportunity to join our facilities team! At LCRA we are seeking to find a driven and detail-oriented individual for our Facility Maintenance Technician II position! In this role you will be responsible for coordination of site inspections internal and vendor performed maintenance as well as sorting and expediting of packages supplies and equipment at assigned location(s). You will be trusted to:

- Coordinate daily mailroom operations including sorting distributing and tracking incoming/outgoing mail and packages as assigned.
- As assigned support efficient logistics and material movements. Coordinate shipping/receiving with freight companies or other carriers (e.g. UPS). May complete repair forms and return materials to vendors for repair or replacement; handles shipping and receiving through freight company or other carriers (e.g. UPS).
- Coordinate logistics for internal workstation moves and installations facility events or maintenance projects as assigned.
- May be assigned to inspect and or perform general maintenance and or housekeeping as needed at different LCRA facilities.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders customers and suppliers regarding needs and status updates.

You qualify with:

- Two or more years of experience in building grounds maintenance or other relevant experience.
- Drivers license
