Were partnering with a top rated tech company in SF as they search for a sharp grounded and highly capable Executive Business Partner to support one of their C-suite executives.
We are seeking someone who brings executive presence sharp critical thinking and impeccable judgment to keep your executive - and the organization - operating at peak performance.
The Role: Executive Business Partner to C-Suite Executive
The City: San Francisco CA (Hybrid)
The Money: $200k - $225k OT Equity
The Company: AI company
The Ideal Candidate: Track record supporting C-suite executives. Executive presence. Decorum. Ambitious. High EQ. Grounded.
The Day-to-Day:
- Serve as a trusted right hand to your executive managing all communication priorities and time with precision and discretion.
Oversee all event coordination - internal and external - from board meetings to partner offsites.
Handle all professional communications with executive presence and high emotional intelligence tailoring tone and approach based on audience.
Provide occasional personal assistant support.
Keep things moving across a broad portfolio of strategic partnerships and internal initiatives.
Coordinate travel - mostly private - with logistical foresight and polished execution.
