Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst- Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products and services through comprehensive testing and effective ticket management. This position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and prioritize client tickets tracking concerns raised to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and document issues reported by clients ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on resolutions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of changes across various channels ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Generate and analyze reports from Zoho and the admin portal to identify trends track performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
