Job Title:Crime Incident Management Unit Officer - HC620518 - Multiple positions
Location:Mottisfont Court Winchester
Salary:Scale 4/5 26106.00 - 31296.00 plus shift allowance (14%) and weekend working allowances (Approximately 3900 pa)
Hours:Full-time(The core hours of this team arehours 7 days a week 365 days a year including public holidays and an appropriate shift pattern is followed by staff working an average of 37 hours per week).Part-time hours can be considered after 26 weeks of employment
Following the initial training periodthe role can be considered as hybrid with an expectation on average to work 1-2 days from home per week subject to the volume of work and any unforeseen circumstances.

The successful candidate will become part of a busy energetic team and gain an insight into policing that many people will never be exposed to and will beplaying a pivotal role providing direct support to police officers and staff identifying crimes and ensuring that they are accurately recorded and reviewed in compliance with Home Office guidance.
You will communicate directly with frontline Police Officers and Police Staff ensuring that the crimes they are dealing with are accurately recorded. This will ensure that the Force has accurate data upon which they can assess crime patterns and plan demand so that victimswho are at the heart of what we do receive the service they rightly deserve.
