Were seeking a Product Manager to join our Consent team in Barcelona where AI meets clinical innovation. This isnt your typical Product Manager role; its an opportunity to lead transformative change in clinical research and patient care. Your role will involve guiding a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Accountabilities
Accountable for the full spectrum of product activities guiding the teams work from discovery setting of business goals documentation of user needs developing clear requirements and setting roadmaps & meeting timelines in partnership with cross-functional peers.
Setting and communicating product strategy based on market demand and user research. Educating and inspiring all levels from executives to the most junior team members.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering leads of the team forming a three-legged stool leadership structure to ensure cohesive strategy and delivery. Engage proactively with broader supporting teams such as commercial delivery quality strategy and science.
Take ownership of the product facilitating quick thoughtful decision making.
Stimulate conceptual thinking and creativity and challenge the status quo towards continuous improvement.
Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure coherent user experience workflows and value delivery across user domains and products.
In collaboration with others - define plan and participate in iterative user testing and use findings to inform and improve product decisions.
Mentor and develop junior product resources fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Develop prototypes that reflect real-world scenarios and integrate AI-driven automation.
Translate highly technical workflows into user-friendly concepts.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Experience conducting user research and customer discovery to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Experience in leading small design teams across the product development lifecycle with a proven track record of deploying and scaling digital solutions.
- Develop clear user documentation and training materials to promote user adoption and proficiency.
- Familiarity with clinical trials and the drug development lifecycle. Ideally direct experience in clinical trial execution and informed consent.
- Strong expertise in interaction design and information architecture.
- Proficiency with modern research design content design and rapid prototyping tools and methodologies in agile environments.
- Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in operating as an independent product leader on highly complex B2B or B2B2C software.
- Based in Barcelona with willingness to collaborate in-office with engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel for research project delivery and workshops.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Coding or software development experience.
- Experience developing GXP validated software.
- Experience in healthcare and/or digital health sectors.
- A non-linear career path and diverse life experiences that enrich your perspective as a designer.
- A second language (and every additional language is a plus).
