In this role you will be responsible for coding testing and delivering high quality deliverables and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
Defining project goals scope deliverables and timelines.
Allocating and managing project resources including people budget and materials.
Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning daily scrums sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Creating and managing project schedules tracking progress and identifying and addressing potential delays.
Identifying assessing and mitigating potential project risks.
Effectively communicating project status progress and issues to stakeholders.
Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Motivating and leading project teams to achieve project goals.
Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles.
Managing changes to project scope schedule or budget.
Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and that the project is formally closed.
Defect Management with Our Technical Team: Document and manage defects coordinating with the technical team for timely resolutions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Defining project goals scope deliverables and timelines.
Experience in Agile methodology on how to find out leads create an opportunity etc.
Organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning daily scrums sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Allocating and managing project resources including people budget and materials.
Creating and managing project schedules tracking progress and identifying and addressing potential delays.
Identifying assessing and mitigating potential project risks.
Proficiency in Excel for data handling analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with team members stakeholders and end-users.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to communicate issues discuss possible solutions and ensure timely fixes and updates.
