Your Tasks
TheProcurementteamCapex &FacilitieswithinProcurementIndirectsat Beiersdorf Groupisan internationalteamofGlobalCategoryManagerscoveringthe categoriesReal Estate Engineering Construction Machines Facility Management Facility Services and Energy are responsible for providing Procurement support to our global portfolio of production centers distribution centers management units and facilities across 150 affiliates worldwide. Dealing with high investment volumes and strategic demands our team requires individuals with strong strategic procurement and project management skills.
- In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing global strategies as well as managing international project procurement activities within Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and Technical Facility Management (TFM) for our worldwide facilities.
- You will oversee contract management and negotiations across the full category spend aiming to maximize procurement value contribution (e.g. project timelines return on investment cost development supply security service improvements innovation) by leveraging the full range of market options.
- Within global investment projects and operating facilities you will ensure compliance with procurement standards methods and processes while fostering a sustainable and effective interface between demand owners and the procurement community.
- Together with the CAPEX & Facilities team you will act as a trusted expert sharing your procurement and category knowledge both within your organization and across the international network.
- In addition you will drive the development and management of the supplier portfolio within your category champion innovative solutions and actively contribute to the continuous advancement of procurement practices.
Your Profile
- Masters Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Engineering Construction / Energy Management.
- Relevant professional experience demand knowledge and market understanding in Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) installation and maintenance as well as Technical Facility Management (TFM) demands.
- At least five years of demonstrated experience in procurement managing high-volume investments with a strong project-oriented focus.
- Experience in handling construction contracts standards.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office SAP e-tendering S2C-/ P2P-processes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills including the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Confident demeanor persuasive abilities analytical mindset and a results-oriented approach to work.
- Proactive pragmatic engagement and a solution-driven working style.
