Are you a motivated leader with a passion for fitness and a talent for sales Anytime Fitness Brantford is looking for a full-time Assistant Club Manager to support day-to-day operations deliver exceptional member experiences and help drive business results in a high-energy team-focused environment.

What Youll Do:
Sales & Marketing Support:
Help drive membership and personal training sales through lead follow-up tours and outreach
Support club marketing initiatives and community engagement
Maintain strong conversion metrics with a focus on exceptional customer service
Operational Excellence:
Assist with the daily operations of the club to ensure cleanliness organization and safety
Help monitor club performance using key metrics and reporting tools
Support equipment maintenance and address facility needs as they arise
Team Support & Member Experience:
Help train and motivate team members to create a welcoming results-driven environment
Participate in team meetings and promote clear communication of goals and expectations
Respond to member feedback with professionalism and care
Foster a strong club culture through positivity accountability and teamwork
What Were Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a confident detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic people-focused setting. You should have:
1 years of experience in a leadership customer service or sales role (fitness industry preferred)
A proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high standards
Proficiency with software including spreadsheets word processors CRM systems and AI tools
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
A passion for fitness and a desire to help others live healthier lives
