Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is seeking a dynamic and experiencedDirector/Nominated Supervisorto lead our White Rock Early Learning Centre located in the stunning tropical city of Cairns.

About the Role
As Director youll guide a passionate team dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of every child. Youll oversee daily operations ensure compliance with regulations and foster a positive inclusive learning environment.
We are seeking someone with:
- A strong knowledge of and experience with:
- The Education and Care Services National Law Act and the Education and Care Services Regulations.
- The Quality Improvement and Assessment Rating System.
- Emergent Curriculum (EYLF Early Years Learning Framework).
- Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Anti-Discrimination and Workplace Health and Safety guidelines.
- Child and Youth Risk Management Strategy.
- An excellent ability to manage and motivate staff including demonstrated leadership skills experience in delegation negotiation conflict resolution and supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development techniques and ability to work with young children.
- Advanced communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Internet) and Kidsoft.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to diffuse conflict use tact and discretion and remain confidential.
