Job Description

Griffin Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead and support our Electrophysiologyteam. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills operational insight and a passion for patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily management support and training for staff to ensure seamless practice operations.

  • Step in to perform duties of staff as needed to maintain operational flow.

  • Schedule and coordinate staff activities to maximize provider productivity clinical quality and patient access.

  • Manage payroll submission and staffing budgets including oversight of overtime and temporary staffing.

  • Ensure regulatory accreditation and system process compliance.

  • Lead regular team communications through weekly standups and monthly staff meetings; document and report outcomes to the Executive Director.

  • Act as the main liaison between the practice and hospital-based services.

  • Monitor financial performance; collaborate with physicians on strategic action plans to meet budget goals.

  • Review and manage accounts receivable and point-of-service collections to meet established benchmarks.

  • Support staff development through training performance evaluations and licensure compliance.

  • Conduct annual performance reviews and manage staff competencies with support from HR and department Director.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years in a leadership role (e.g. Practice Manager Office Manager).

  • Proficient in medical office operations billing finance and electronic health records.

  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills to drive operational improvements.

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred; High school diploma required.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel between local office sites as needed.
