Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant - Insurance Manual Functional Testing
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Principal Consultant with expertise in the insurance industry and a passion for playwriting. This dual-role position offers the unique opportunity to lead strategic consulting projects in the insurance sector while also contributing creatively through playwriting. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge and creative storytelling skills to both areas driving innovation and engagement within the company and the broader community
Responsibilities
Working knowledge of Manual Functional Testing
Experience in Test Rail JIRA & Confluence
Experience in insurance P and C domain.
Working Knowledge driven development (BDD) Dev Ops concepts
Strong understanding and experience with Agile Framework (design terminology ceremonies construct etc.)
Working knowledge of Agile and Test Management Tools (i.e. JIRA X-Ray etc.)
Understanding several types of automation frameworks Behaviour Driven Data Driven etc.
General Testing Skills that include manual testing functional test case preparation test data preparation test environment setup etc.
Effective communication skills & highly proactive in approach
Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables.
Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Valid and relevant Years of Testing Experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledge
Manual Functional Testing with good integration.
Automation Testing. (Playwright preferable)
Datawarehouse Testing experience. (Mandatory)
Should be able to test Web Apps Desktop Apps API Services DB Data validations.
Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
Execution of Transformation Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
Excellent verbal written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
