Job Description

We are seeking Support Workers with specialised skills in drug/alcohol and mental health support. We are looking to build a pool of experienced staff who can provide expert service delivery in these areas.

Drug and alcohol counselling and/or support
Mental health support

A day in the role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker youll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to adults who may be facing various challenges.
- Work with individuals across age groups assisting with personal care and daily living skills
- Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
- Complete daily case notes admin tasks and incident reports
Skills and Requirements
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
- Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
- Qualifications in Disability Services Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded
