Position: Uniform Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage uniform stock and ensure proper fit for all employees.
- Track and document uniform stock levels reporting discrepancies when necessary.
- Inspect uniforms for quality and manage repair or alteration processes.
- Collaborate with tailors suppliers and various departments to meet uniform needs.
- Ensure uniform policies are followed and maintain personal appearance records.
- Use company software to manage stock movements and update records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2).
- PC literate and familiar with stock management software.
- High attention to detail in managing inventory and appearance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
- Background in fashion textiles or uniform design.
- Experience in streamlining inventory processes for greater efficiency.
