About
Support schedule development updates and analysis across multiple project phases. Collaborate with program managers contractors and senior schedulers in a fast-paced high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update schedules using Primavera P6
- Support cost/resource loading and forecasting
- Review contractor schedules and updates
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and what-if scenarios
- Assist with Time Impact Analyses and delay evaluations
- Maintain schedule standards and documentation
- Participate in progress meetings and QA reviews
- Coordinate with cost and document control teams
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 5 7 years experience in vertical construction scheduling
- Proficient in Primavera P6 Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam
- Experience on projects $50M
- Strong CPM knowledge and sequencing skills
- Preferred
- OSHPD/HCAI healthcare project experience
- Earned value and forensic schedule analysis
- Exposure to large-site utility/infrastructure coordination
- Experience in joint venture settings and mentoring junior staff
