Job Description
Travel RN - Operating Room Contract Role
Location: Boston MA 02120
Shift: Day Shift (4x10s) 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $2720 $2920
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Circulate in a variety of surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedic surgeries
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure safe efficient and high-quality care
- Prepare the operating room and instruments for procedures
- Provide direct nursing care to patients during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient status and document intraoperative events
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Adhere to hospital and regulatory policies related to safety infection control and patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekends holidays and evenings/nights.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA RN License)-Required
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)-Required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of circulating experience Required
- Scrubbing experience Preferred
- Orthopedic operating room experience.
- Certification: Heartsaver CPR Required
