Job Description

Travel RN - Critical Care Float Pool Contract Role

Location: Burlington Massachusetts 01805
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Duration: 13-weeks contract
Weekly Pay: $2520 $2664
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care in high-acuity critical care settings.
  • Monitor assess and report changes in patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.
  • Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR system.
  • Float between ICU and PCU based on staffing needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN) Required
  • Experience:
    • 2 5 years of ICU experience Required
    • Trauma Level I Facility experience Preferred
    • May consider candidates with strong Trauma Level II experience
    • Previous travel nursing experience Preferred
    • EPIC EMR experience Required
  • Certifications:
    • BLS Basic Life Support (Required)
    • ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Required)
  • License:
    • Active Massachusetts RN License Required
