The IT Business Analyst is an important part of the team here at Forever Living. This position is primarily responsible for participating in the design and implementation of new software solutions helping to define SOP’s and process improvements and deployment of existing solutions into new markets. They are focused on working with the business users to document existing As Is and To Be processes elicit business requirements to create functional and technical specifications (where needed). This person will participate in all phases of the project (GAP analysis training testing phases cutover go-live support) as well as providing post go-live support as needed. We are looking for someone to roll their sleeves up dig in and truly understand the system end-to-end and be instrumental in successful software deployments. Someone who is a team player and who works to deliver projects on-time with high quality.
This job is Hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit & Document Business Requirements suitable for Development team to begin work
- Works closely with designated business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other business units/users to understand existing business processes and document them
- Participates in all Project phases and works collaboratively with others
- Develop business knowledge to be able to understand and provide solutions to business requirements
- Creation and maintenance of comprehensive:
- Functional Specifications/Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with minimal supervision as needed
- Process flow documents (e.g. As Is & To Be processes etc.
- Training materials / Work Instructions / job aids
- Test Scenarios / Test Cases
- Other artifacts as needed
- Lead Requirements gathering GAP analysis and other assignments as needed
- Works with manager and other BA’s to ensure that issues or enhancements are being addressed in current and future software enhancement releases
- Identify troubleshoot and document system issues as they arise
- Supports the business by providing pre/post go-live support as needed
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisor
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work
- Team player that works well with others and follows proper procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Familiarity with MLM industry strongly preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including advanced Visio skills
- Successfully held a business analyst role supporting software development and implementations
- Experienced at defining test cases and leading the User Acceptance Testing Process gathering requirements writing BRD’s and user stories and preparing process flows
- Experienced at developing training materials for end users while participating in software implementations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong initiative and accountability follow-up and follow-through
- Effective and efficient process improvement skills.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting/problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet weekly/monthly goals and deadlines consistently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in general business and technical environments skills including good phone etiquette and demeanor
- Able to work independently and as part of a team including ability to take initiative to solve issues and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:
- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Software Implementations with a preference in an e-commerce platform deployment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or business preferred
- Waterfall & Agile methodologies experience preferred
- Professional certifications preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:
- Walk/move from place to place throughout building on a variety of surfaces including tile wood and carpet.
- Sit/remain seated at a computer for up to 8 hours a day usually 4 hours at a time.
- Bend turn and twist repetitively.
- Reach forward overhead and down below.
- Work indoors in a climate controlled environment.
- Use a PC with dual monitors keyboard and mouse continuously on a daily basis.
- Close vision distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
