b2ventures Platform Team is looking for an energetic and creative Visiting Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team as of July 2025 for 4-6 months focusing on community building events and communications.

The b2venture Platform Team sits at the intersection of venture capital community building and business development. We work closely with b2ventures angel investors portfolio founders and external partners to create meaningful connections facilitate knowledge exchange and build an ecosystem that supports the success of entrepreneurs.

Tasks
You will be an integral part of our Platform Team and take ownership of projects that combine communications events and business development. You will:
- Partner on social media content: shape and coordinate LinkedIn posts newsletters event highlights and founder stories.
- Co-create new formats: develop and launch founder spotlights expert interviews playbooks and blog posts.
- Support our event strategy: planning organizing and execution of events for our investor and founder community: from intimate dinners to larger ecosystem gatherings.
- Research and engage external partners service providers and experts to expand b2ventures partner network.
- Work with portfolio companies to understand their needs and identify support opportunities.
- Explore new ideas to strengthen our community and platform offering: we are looking for someone who brings creativity and initiative!
Requirements
- You are at least in your 4th semester of studies (e.g. business economics management communications marketing or related fields).
- Previous experience through internships or working student positions in business development consulting venture capital communications events startups or similar environments.
- You have a passion for entrepreneurship startups and community building.
- You combine excellent communication skills with a structured proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player with strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Professional proficiency in German & English (written & spoken).
- Proficient in the usual software tools (Google Suite Canva LinkedIn CRM tools etc.).
