Job Description
We are looking for strong Leads/Manager with Insurance claims experience. This position is onsite at Dearborn MI and looking for someone with strong Insurance Claims and Data GCP Background.
Description:
Strong understanding of claims processing: Familiarity with insurance P &C Personal Lines - claims systems and workflows.
Testing methodologies: Knowledge of different testing techniques such as functional Integration regression smoke and sanity testing.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze business requirements identify potential issues and develop effective test plans.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of test cases and defect reports.
Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving defects efficiently.
Familiarity with test management tools: Proficiency in using tools like JIRA for test planning execution and defect tracking.
Team Management: Able to lead/manage Functional testing team
