Job Description

  • Designation: Project Manager
  • Location: St. Paul MN (Hybrid Local candidates preferred)
  • Duration: 1-year contract (with potential extension)
  • Work Type: W2
  • Project: Environmental Health Licensing Software Replacement
  • Platform: Tyler Technologies EnerGov


Responsibilities:

Oversee replacement of legacy licensing system with Tyler EnerGov

  • Manage system implementation across 3 modules:
    1. Food Pool Lodging Inspections
    2. Environmental Charges (CEC)
    3. Solid & Hazardous Waste Compliance
  • Ensure:
    • Full system functionality
    • Accurate data migration
    • Minimal customization
    • Stakeholder alignment
    • Integration with other county systems

Mandatory Reqs:

  • Bachelors degree (or Associates 5 extra years exp)
  • 5 years experience managing system replacement projects
  • Proficient with Waterfall and Incremental project methodologies
  • Ability to work independently
  • PMP certification
  • Prior project management experience in government or nonprofit - Preferred
  • Experience with Tyler EnerGov or other licensing/permitting platforms - Preferred
  • Local to Minnesota preferred
