Job Description

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to design and implement high-quality technology solutions that address critical business needs.

Develop a thorough understanding of business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

Lead project modules and workstreams while contributing to hands-on implementation.

Work closely with technical architects to validate technical designs and implementation strategies.
-
Apply best practices and appropriate development methodologies to ensure an excellent experience for clients and project teams.

Support project leads in delivery activities including planning team management staffing and risk mitigation.
-
Manage and mentor a diverse team with various technical skill sets providing guidance and coaching to junior members.

Lead task planning and distribution to ensure timely high-quality project delivery.

Oversee and guide key project deliverables including business case development solution design user requirements prototypes technical architecture test cases deployment plans and operational strategies.
What Youll Bring:
-
3 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering with end-to-end project execution.

Proven expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
-
Strong proficiency in Databricks SQL for data querying and analytics.
-
Solid command of SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
-
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
-
Experience with data modeling data warehousing and ETL development.
-
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD processes is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
