Bilingual Front Desk Kansas City KS
RLM Underground is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills professionalism and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage calls professionally in English and Spanish
- Serve as the first point of contact for deliveries and distribute incoming documents
- Handle scheduling appointments and office correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and assist with administrative tasks
- Support various departments with clerical duties
- Ensure an organized and presentable front office
- Communicate with English/Spanish-speaking crews and customers directing them to the appropriate contact
Pay: $17-$19 per hour (or based on experience)

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Business office experience preferred
- Previous front desk or administrative experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Docs and Sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site (Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 3:00 pm)
- Experience in a construction office is preferred
