Job Description

Overview
The HR Talent Acquisition (H&B Vertical) plays a crucial role in sourcing attracting and recruiting top talent for the Health & Beauty sector of our organization. This role is essential in ensuring that we not only fill vacancies but also build a future-ready workforce aligned with our strategic goals. The HR-TA will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs while aligning recruitment strategies with the companys mission and values. By leveraging various sourcing techniques and tools the HR-TA will identify potential candidates conduct interviews and assist with the onboarding process thus enhancing the overall talent acquisition experience. In a competitive industry landscape this role demands a keen eye for emerging talent trends an understanding of market dynamics and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Through effective talent acquisition practices the HR-TA will contribute significantly to the growth and success of the Health & Beauty vertical and drive a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Health & Beauty vertical.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media and networking events.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine our recruitment practices.
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance attraction strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure competitive hiring.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the Company.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Provide support to the HR team in various HR-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with employment law and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discretely.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle offers professionally.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment events.
  • Certification in HR (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
