Job Description
Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Bangalore - Sarjapur.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and delightful digital experiences for our users. As part of our Product and Design team you will play a crucial role in shaping FirstClub s user journey by designing intuitive aesthetically compelling and conversion-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate comes with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design elegant and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc..
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain and evolve our design system ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform.
- Work in an agile environment participating in sprint planning and design reviews.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design wireframing and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD or other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles information architecture and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research A/B testing and usability analysis to improve user flows.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography color and layout.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
