JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Organized Proactive self-motivated and details-oriented candidate who would perform the role of Personal Assistant to General Manager. The candidate would provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Candidate will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to GMs working life and communication
RESPOSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Effectively managing the GM s schedule including arranging appointments meetings Maintaining day to day activity and travel plans. This involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the GM s time.
Acting as a primary point of contact between the GM and internal/external parties.
Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records.
Planning and organizing meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are communicated and executed.
Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for the GM including transportation accommodation and itinerary planning.
Assisting the GM in various projects by conducting research compiling data and providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met.
Organizing and coordinating company events conferences or other functions that involve the GM s participation.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Diary management outlook experience essential.
Addressing day-to-day challenges and solving problems independently or by consulting with the GM when necessary.
Update with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Reconciling monthly expenses.
Must be versed with Web research for timely presentation of data sought.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
I. Qualifications: Hospitality & Travel Management / / BBA / MBA
II. Computer Skills & Knowledge: - Attention to Details Microsoft Excel Word Presentation Web Research Travel Management & Bookings Time Management
III. Work Experience: - Minimum 2-5 years as a Personal Assistant (hotel exp is advantage).
