A Day In The Life
As Hit Workday Announcer / Operations youll join our high-performing team. Youll host Hit Workday shifts in both Broome and Geraldton and will be responsible for delivering compelling local and well targeted engaging content to our listeners.
Youll also be on hand to help out our hard working WA Operations team. Youll fill in shifts when staff are on leave and will help the Operations team roll out on air logs across over 24 stations.
In this role you will work closely with theContent Directorto ensure the stations strategic objectives are achieved through excellent local communication effective tactical planning/execution and on air work that makes you stand out. You should embrace the Hit brand and lifestyle though our many content outlets including; on-air social and digital.
Experience were looking for:
- Be passionate about our Hit audience and its music!
- Be competent with commercial radio music scheduling experience.
- Have knowledge of Zetta & G Selector.
- Have an understanding of CRAs Codes of Practice and Broadcasting Standards.
- Proficiency in driving the panel and being pro-active in all facets of your role to take your own career to the next level.
- Enjoy popular culture social media current affairs and local events; with a passion for taking content to the next level both on air and on digital!
- A reliable hardworking and results driven individual whos able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- A distinctive on air presence that naturally appeals to our listeners and a burning desire to be heard!
