FTE: 0.5 (Part Time with Benefits)
Schedule: Every other Tuesday plus Thursdays and Fridays 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

We are currently seeking a compassionate organized Clinic RN to join our Primary Care team in Waterford. This phone triage-focused role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys problem-solving guiding patients through next steps and working closely with providers to ensure timely care coordination.
What Youll Do:
Respond to patient phone calls and portal messages offering guidance education and clinical triage
Support providers by preparing and processing care recommendations refills and patient instructions
Coordinate follow-up care lab results and test orders using Epic
Utilize strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to prioritize patient needs
Maintain documentation and communication that aligns with best practices and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin or a compact state
Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferably in a primary care or triage setting
Strong comfort with electronic medical records and telephone-based care

The Clinic RN in the Medical Group utilizes the nursing process to deliver appropriate nursing care and procedures in the clinic setting. The Clinic RN performs nursing acts delegated by a physician physician assistant or nurse practitioner. This individual oversees and acts as a professional clinical resource for the Medical Assistant/Clinic LPNs and other ancillary professionals. Act as the resource for data gathering and assessment triage walk-in and call-in patients to the appropriate health care provider.
