Snell & Wilmer L.L.P one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the western United States is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Phoenix office. This role will be the primary point of contact for tier 2 technical support and will be instrumental in the maintenance and enhancement of the firms critical financial systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of law firm financial operations and a proven track record of supporting and administering a suite of legal-specific financial applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and innovation of the firms financial technology landscape.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the firms financial systems. This includes but is not limited to Aderant Intapp Chrome River iTimekeep BillBlast Insights Prebill Viewer and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The role will involve troubleshooting and resolving tier 2 technical issues performing routine environmental maintenance and actively participating in system upgrades and other project-related initiatives. The specialist will report to the Director of Financial Systems and work closely with the Finance and IT departments to ensure the integrity reliability and optimal performance of all financial applications.
This position is Monday through Friday standard business hours with occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed for system maintenance and upgrades. You will also have the opportunity to be primarily remote in this position but we value in-person collaboration. Therefore occasional in-person attendance will be required for team meetings collaborative projects or special events.
